Nicole grew up in the restaurant business with her father, Jack Jackson. She decided to make this her career upon graduation from college. She has been managing Jackson’s Steakhouse for the past five years.

Alex Dziurzynski, Executive Chef

Alex is the executive chef for both Fish and Jackson’s Steakhouse. He is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the country. Alex has been with the company for two years.

Justin joins us from a high profile fine dining group. His restaurant management and strong wine background make him a great asset.
